Start with cycles approach, two phonemes per cycle, 60-minute weekly sessions broken into two 30-minute pulls. Target /k/ and /g/ first because backing them gives the fastest perceptual win for the kid and the parent. Use minimal pairs at the word level for the first three sessions, then carrier phrases. Do NOT chase generalization in the first cycle, that comes naturally if the cycle is built right.

Got it. Parent is asking why I am not "fixing the lisp" too, the kid has interdental /s/. How do I handle that?

One target system at a time at this age. Tell the parent verbatim: "We are going to address the phonological pattern first because it is affecting his intelligibility across many sounds. The /s/ is one sound. We will address it next, and progress on the bigger pattern often resolves smaller errors automatically. If the /s/ is still present in 10 weeks, we will add it as a discrete goal."
